Where it sais URL_OF_CONTACT_TABLE_IMAGE_GOES_HERE replace it with the image URL you need to use; its the URL of the image you wanna use. Let's say if it's the last contact table on the first page of my contact tables section which is this one:
that has this image URL: http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/4301/stable55bu.jpg

then replace
URL_OF_CONTACT_TABLE_IMAGE_GOES_HERE
with
http://img299.imageshack.us/img299/4301/stable55bu.jpg

You can get the image URL by clicking right on the contact table, save it to your computer and then upload it to www.imageshack.us
Upload it there, click on "host it" and use the image URL next to "Direct link to image" which will be on the bottom of the page after you clicked "host it".
